Form FS-02 · True cost worksheet · Not a government filing
Compare 1-, 3-, and 5-year state-fee projections. Add the optional registered-agent estimate when needed. Estimates use recurring fee cycles, not payment dates. Unlisted charges and variable costs are extra.
Calculation scope and exclusions
Scope: selectable 1-, 3-, and 5-year state filing and listed state-fee projections for a formation scenario (plus an optional registered-agent budgeting estimate). Annual fees recur once per selected year, biennial fees fall in years 1, 3, and 5, and listed one-time fees occur once. When a conditional fee has a different amount if filed alongside formation, that formation amount drives the total and the later-filing alternative stays visible in its note. Includes listed state-mandated license fees, such as Alaska's. Excludes franchise, gross-receipts, and income taxes beyond the flat fees shown, unlisted local or industry-specific business licenses, foreign-state registration, and unlisted optional or expedited charges.
